Harrison who is also a medical doctor and has devoted himself to providing quality legal representation at an affordable price to the indigent of our communities. He believes that he will lose his license to practice law if he does not provide high quality legal representation to the indigent. The staff regularly reviews new and constantly changing case law in Texas and Louisiana, rules of evidence, and rule interpretation with the purpose of staying informed, focused, and competitive! Meet Our Attorneys
The team at Harrison and Harrison Law Firm is made up of leading legal professionals. Firm founder John Harrison has concentrated on criminal defense since 1983, handling thousands of drug cases involving the possession and/or sale of cocaine in both state and federal court. He has handled drug cases ranging from the individual quarter of a gram to trafficking in kilos. He has argued motions before the Mississippi Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, as well as cases in Federal District Court and various state courts.
Carl E. Harrison II is a third-generation attorney, a graduate of University of Mississippi School of Law. Carl has been practicing for more than a decade and is now a partner with Harrison and Harrison Law Firm. He practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation and family law. He is licensed in Mississippi and Texas and was named by New Orleans Magazine as one of the Best Lawyers in the Top Lawyer’s issue. He holds an AV Preeminent peer-review rating, the highest available from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.
Nicholas Lee is a former federal prosecutor with the U.S. Attorney’s office for the Southern District of Mississippi. He received his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law and his undergraduate law degree from the University of the South, Sewanee. He has represented clients in complex criminal and civil matters for nearly 20 years. Lee has represented over 500 clients in their drug and white-collar criminal prosecutions. He has received the Attorney General Award for Outstanding Service from the U.S. Department of Justice after successfully prosecuting kidnappers. Mr. Lee represents clients in all types of litigation.
